“Managing the Holiday Blues" is a free event sponsored by Impact 100 and Indian River State College that offers strategies to cope with holiday-related sadness, stress, and loneliness. Learn about Holiday Blues symptoms and ways to overcome them, combat isolation, and achieve a renewed sense of well-being. Charlene Morris, LMHC, MCAP and Director of The Source’s Mental Health Services/Dignity Wellness Program invites the community to this free seminar and luncheon to learn ways to cope and make the most of this time of the year.
